USGS: Mid-Atlantic states must prepare for rising oceans

The U.S. Geological Survey's new scientific assessment says Arctic climate change is widespread and potentially intense, which means we will see increased sea levels in the future. The Mid-Atlantic states are advised to make better plans for dealing with coastal issues, as the USGS report found them unprepared.
