Congressman tours Oklahoma infrastructure projects

Rep. James Oberstar, D-Minn., toured several transportation projects in Oklahoma, including Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop, a $75 million project that is the state's largest funded by the federal government, and he praised the state for quickly putting funds to use. He also praised the state's highway fund, which he said keeps "transportation dollars from being siphoned for some other good public purpose."
