Small shop owners seek Atlanta's help

Atlanta's new mayor, Kasim Reed, has declared himself the "mayor of the small businessperson," but business owners say the city needs to make a bigger effort to keep the ranks of small businesses thriving. Business owners want more flexible zoning, a crackdown on panhandlers and policies that encourage night life and lower the cost of doing business.
