U.S. Supreme Court denies workers' appeal on 401(k) fees

The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by three employees who were trying to sue their employer, Deere & Co., for high fees charged by Fidelity Investments, which handled the company's 401(k) fund. It let stand a federal court ruling that said the company followed the law by offering a mix of investment options.
