CFPB's Cordray discusses his commitment to protect consumers

Richard Cordray, director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, talks about his plans and goals for the new agency. Cordray also discussed his concerns about overregulation. "The last thing we would want to do, and what would discredit our work as a bureau, is to pile on a bunch of optional regulations that actually cost more to businesses than they bring benefit to consumers," he said.
