S.D., N.D. officials are disappointed with Obama's Keystone XL ruling

President Barack Obama's decision to deny the permit for TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline left some North Dakota and South Dakota officials frustrated. The project would boost U.S. energy security and generate thousands of jobs, said South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard. Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., said he believes that the pipeline is in the national interest and should be constructed.
