What to do when an employer becomes unresponsive

If you don't hear back from an employer after an interview and you've been offered another job, contact the employer and give them a chance to make a counteroffer, experts say. It normally takes 45 days to fill a job, so if you haven't heard anything by then, you're probably out of the running, they say.
