Ottawa incident highlights Canada's airline policies

Michael Janigan, a lawyer with the Public Interest Advocacy Center in Toronto, believes that Canada needs to change its laws on passenger rights. A Transport Canada spokesperson said the country does not have laws requiring its airlines to make complaints available to the public.
