Puppy Bowl offers "unique niche" for marketers, agency exec says

Animal Planet's Puppy Bowl, which airs each year during the Super Bowl, continues to attract new advertisers. AT&T has joined a list of nine sponsors, including Subaru, Geico and Warner Bros., for the 10th edition of the bowl. "For an advertiser who wants to get a small pop and some buzz up against the Super Bowl, it's carved out a really nice and unique niche," said David Campanelli of Horizon Media. "And it's been really strong in social media as well, so taking advantage of that is also a nice bonus."
