Construction breezes along on Billings airport tower

Work is in the final stages on a $7.5 million construction project to build a new air traffic control tower and Terminal Radar Approach and Control building at Billings (Mont.) Logan International Airport. One big element contractors have had to deal with is wind, but construction of the 114-foot-tall tower has progressed and work is in the final stages.
