Out bishop expects to meet Warren as part of inaugural events

Out Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson said he looked forward to finally meeting evangelical pastor Rick Warren, whose selection to give the inauguration ceremony's invocation generated controversy because of his anti-marriage viewpoint. Robinson, who gave the invocation at Sunday's pre-inaugural event at the Lincoln Memorial, was scheduled to join President-elect Barack Obama at a church service this morning, view the inaugural parade from the presidential viewing section and take part in Wednesday morning's national prayer service at the National Cathedral.
