Search ads look past engines

Marketers are looking for ways to reach consumers who don't necessarily spend time on Google or Yahoo! with search ads. Pizza Hut and ad shop WPP's Group M Search are taking advantage of mobile search technology to reach searchers on the go. Social networks don't provide search ads per se, but marketers can buy keyword terms that trigger ads on user pages.
