Businesses, users have very different views of Yelp

Although most reviews of small businesses posted on Yelp.com by users are laudatory, the bad ones often make unsubstantiated personal, negative claims about a business and its owner, the site's critics say. However, Yelp allows businesses to respond to critiques and to establish their own beachhead with paid sponsorships.
