Missouri lawmakers begin debating autism coverage bills

Lawmakers in both chambers of the Missouri Legislature Tuesday began debating autism legislation amid warnings of an "autism tsunami." Both versions of the bill would require insurers to cover autism disorder treatments, but opponents are concerned the legislation could push the cost of health insurance premiums too high for some consumers.
