Shifting to content, MySpace connects with Facebook

MySpace, which has been repositioning itself as an entertainment content site, is hoping to boost traffic through Facebook Connect. The Fox-owned company is looking to the link to its erstwhile competitor to increase CPM. "If MySpace can prove that the content they feature travels farther, they will be able to charge higher rates," says Ian Schafer, CEO of Deep Focus.
