Starbucks returns to "startup mode"

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz said the company has returned to "startup mode" as it encourages employees to "break the rules" and recapture the nimbleness of a smaller organization. One result has been the creation of 15th Avenue Coffee and Tea, a Seattle cafe tailored to local tastes.
