Diets should focus on cutting sugar, carbs -- not just fat

Processed foods that are labeled low-fat often have more sugar, salt and carbohydrates than their full-fat counterparts, meaning they could actually be less healthy. CIA partnered with nutrition experts from the Harvard School of Public Health to develop five muffin recipes that included healthy fats and whole grains.
