N.C. district arranges film screenings for children with special needs

One North Carolina school district is partnering with local cinemas to offer specialized movie screenings for students with disabilities and their families. The screenings feature lighted theaters and reduced volume and are designed especially for those with autism, attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder and other disabilities that cause sensory sensitivities.
