New Jersey refuses to turn off machines made by AC Slots

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement said it will not shut down slot machines developed by AC Slots, which is in the process of closing its business. The move comes after Gaming Laboratories International issued a recommendation that state gaming regulators shut down the Axcess slot machines due to legal and regulatory issues. "The division slot lab has thoroughly tested the Axcess platform and has not identified any integrity issues which would cause the division to revoke the product," said Lisa Spengler, spokeswoman for the division.
