Survey shows top factors influencing physician engagement

A survey on factors that affect physician engagement found the top considerations included respect for competency and skills, having opinions and ideas valued, good relationships with colleagues, and a good work-life balance. The data, collected by Physician Wellness Services and Cejka Search from 1,666 physicians in various specialties, showed the least important drivers of engagement included participating in development of organizational strategies, having a good relationship with an administrator and alignment with organizations' goals.
