Utica Shale attracts out-of-state firms to Ohio; regulator reminds about rules

The Ohio State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors has reminded out-of-state engineers and surveyors to follow the state's rules when doing business in Ohio. The agency said it foresees an uptick in the number of energy companies that will drill new wells in the state's Utica Shale play.
