Despite the existence of a quota system designed to get more women to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the vast majority of the delegates at this year's event will be men. Only 15% of the delegates will be women, which actually represents a slight decline from 17% in 2011. "If we hold the glass up to global leadership, the reflection that comes back is this. And it's just not good enough," said Adrian Monck, the managing director in charge of communications for the World Economic Forum.
