Dropping home sales in China may signal bursting bubble

Several real estate agencies in China have shut down amid alarms over lowering demand for property -- particularly so-called "second-hand" apartments and existing homes -- and increasing government regulations. Beijing home sales fell 20% in the first week of January while other cities reported even higher drops.
