Bond approval could help plan for California stadium

A bond measure approved by California voters this week will provide infrastructure improvements at the site where a developer has proposed building a new NFL stadium. The bonds will pay for lighting, streets and sewers near the site in Industry, Calif. Majestic Real Estate has proposed building an $800 million stadium there, but it has not yet made formal overtures to team owners.
