Primark emerges as UK's largest low-price clothing retailer

Primark, the fashion retailer owned by Associated British Foods, has boosted its market share to roughly 17.7% from 16.5% over the course of last year, according to Verdict Research. Meanwhile, ASDA's George brand, which had been the biggest low-price clothing retailer in the UK, increased its market share from 16.9% to 16.94%.
