United Nations creates satellite map of Haiti damage

The United Nations has prepared a preliminary assessment map for earthquake damage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The map was created remotely through satellite images, and it shows 53% of 110 sites are visibly damaged or destroyed, although far more damage is likely. Meanwhile, a U.S. solar company has donated solar-powered streetlights to Haiti as part of the relief effort.
