Health care takes prominent place in Obama's 2nd inaugural address

President Barack Obama defended Medicare and Medicaid during his inaugural address on Monday, saying it is necessary to limit health care costs without significant cuts to the programs. Obama said Social Security and Medicare "do not sap our nation, they make us stronger."
