RD: Lunch menu for Obama's inaugural is loaded with calories

The Inaugural Luncheon for President Barack Obama today packs in 3,000 calories for a full serving, says registered dietitian Rachel Berman, who analyzed the menu. Berman says that since the menu was made public, and because of first lady Michelle Obama's focus on fighting obesity, the meal is a "missed opportunity for nutrition education" and for lighter recipe choices.
