Yelp sees mobile as key to global future

Yelp's international push, including recent expansion into Brazil and Singapore, is getting a big lift from consumers' quick adoption of smartphones, with close to half of traffic now originating from mobile devices, said Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman. "Over the coming years, you can probably expect that it will keep nudging up as more and more turn to their mobile phones and less and less on their desktop computers," Stoppelman said.
