Agriculture secretary supports labeling delay

In remarks before the House Agriculture Committee yesterday, Agriculture Secretary Ann M. Veneman gave her support to a two-year delay in implementing any country of origin food labeling program. Democrats argue against the delay, saying a delay would be "tantamount to killing the program."
