Caribbean businesses fret over passport rules

Since the Caribbean draws most of its tourism business from the U.S., the new passport regulations, which go into effect Tuesday, are causing great concern for businesspeople on the islands. "It is worrying," said Mike Acosta, owner of a bed and breakfast on Grand Bahama Island. "People might just as soon go somewhere they don't need a passport."
