Airline, airport officials find ways to help delayed travelers

Airline and airport officials met in Washington last week to come up with a list of suggestions for helping travelers when severe weather leaves planes delayed on the ground. Suggestions included requiring airport shops to stock basic items, such as baby formula, and staying open later during severe weather.
