Disney Mobile to target women, not children, in Japan

Disney is jumping back into MVNO waters, but intends to market the Disney Mobile service to women in Japan, rather than to children as it did in the U.S. The company says it has a built-in fan base with adult women in Japan, noting that 75% of its subscribers to its 90 mobile Web sites on existing mobile operators' networks in Japan are women over the age of 20.
