Survey: Americans overconfident about multivitamin knowledge

Sixty-seven percent of Americans believe they are somewhat or very educated about multivitamins, but participants were less confident about identifying which nutrients are needed for which body function, a National Women's Health Resource Center survey found. More than a third of the participants were unsure which vitamin or mineral is needed for calcium absorption.
