Traffic at Chicago O'Hare plunges to 15-year low

Traffic was down nearly 5% last year at Chicago O'Hare, reaching its lowest level in 15 years, while Chicago Midway saw traffic plunge more than 12%. Despite the slumping numbers, Rosemarie Andolino, head of the O'Hare Modernization Program, insists plans for a new runway and new terminal will move forward. "The aviation industry is cyclical and continues to bounce back," she said.
