Pentagon's strategic plan emphasizes collaboration, EHRs

The Military Health System has completed its five-year technology and information management plan, which emphasizes Department of Defense health office collaboration as well as EHRs. "Our EHR needs to be intuitive, aggregate data for each patient over time and across providers, operate in all care settings, and allow sharing of information with our health partners," the plan says.
