U.S. trade representative to promote small exporters

Small business is getting a boost from the U.S. trade representative, who announced "the creation of an office dedicated specifically to smaller exporters." Trade representative Ron Kirk said the office wants to double the amount of exports from small and medium-sized businesses and will work with the Small Business Administration and other agencies to provide those businesses with better access to government assistance.
