Bayer starts work on German polyurethane-coatings facility

Bayer MaterialScience is building a German facility to produce materials for polyurethane coatings. The $46 million plant is scheduled to open in late 2013 and will produce hexamethylene diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate.
