25% of millennials favor bank branches, survey finds

Twenty-five percent of banking customers ages 25 to 34 say they like using bank branches to do business, finds a Javelin Strategy & Research study. "One reason why is because they are developing their financial footing," said Mark Schwanhausser, one of the report's authors. "They need some hand-holding."
