Chinese workers rise up over restroom limits

A two-minute limit for restroom breaks led angry workers at a Shanghai plant to take managers hostage until the policy was revisited. The workers earn about $320 a month; the policy called for fines of about $16 for those who spent more than two minutes in the restroom.
