Fabric roof of Mich. stadium sustains damage from strong winds

The fabric roof of the Pontiac Silverdome stadium in Michigan has big holes in several places after being torn by strong winds. The roof had been deflated earlier this month after a small hole was discovered on its surface, said Pontiac Building Director Jeff Bowdell. The owners aren't too concerned with the damage because they had already planned to replace the roof with a fixed structure that sports solar panels.
