Wal-Mart makes "zero tolerance policy" for suppliers

Wal-Mart will cut ties with any global supplier that it finds has subcontracted work to other factories without the company's knowledge, under a new policy that takes effect March 1. The policy was formulated after apparel bound for the retailer was found in a burned-out Bangladesh factory where a fire killed 112 workers.
