White House won't oppose GOP short-term debt limit move

President Barack Obama "would not oppose" a House Republican plan to push back the debate on the debt ceiling until May, a move that would separate discussion on that issue from the sequestration cuts due to hit in March. The House measure would let the government borrow money without hitting the debt limit until a permanent solution is agreed upon.
