Mass. town's leaders are unlikely to call for removal of LED sign

Selectmen in Milton, Mass., said they aren't likely to call for the removal of an LED sign that has drawn complaints from residents. Jay Kennedy, who owns the sign and the building it adorns, is trying to lease the building, and the lone offer he has gotten is contingent on using the sign. "It comes down to what is worse, the LED sign or a vacant or foreclosed building?" Selectman Tom Hurley said in an e-mail to residents.
