Ohio House OKs bill to report babies born addicted to drugs

Drug-addicted infants born in Ohio would be reported to the state Health Department under a bill unanimously approved on Wednesday by the state House of Representatives. Tracking these babies would help monitor the progress made by the state in combating drug addiction, said Rep. Lynn Wachtmann, sponsor of the bill.
