Georgia county forms partnerships with colleges

The DeKalb County school system today was expected to announce a partnership program with 20 public and private colleges that will provide mentoring and tutoring for DeKalb's students. The program, which will also provide teacher training, is part of a plan to close the racial achievement gap.
