AHA: Heart disease, stroke death rates dropping

The American Heart Association says rates of heart disease deaths have declined below the group's prevention goal for 2010 but warned that obesity and diabetes epidemics, as well as gaps in access to care, threaten to hurt the trend. Stroke deaths also are near a record low, the AHA said.
