CBS-owned Last.fm fine-tunes online radio experience

CBS is revamping its Last.fm Web music service to give users the ability to select their own music while at the same time offering a free, ad-supported service. While streaming tracks will be free on a limited basis, users will have to pay to download songs to portable players.
