ELL law raises funding concerns among some Arizona educators

Complying with a new Arizona state law enhancing programs for English-language learners will cost districts an additional $300 million, according to a school administrators group. "The concern is our districts are going to be asked to take this out of their pockets," said Roger Short, executive director of Arizona School Administrators.
