Looking for a way to convince your boss your company needs to get on Twitter? Have him or her check out this post at Mashable on the top twittering brands complete with mini-Q-and-A sessions with the folks doing the twittering for them. Chief tweeter for Jet Blue (and manager of corporate communications) Morgan Johnston says his company tweets because it wants to "make ourselves available, help whenever possible and to show that our brand is built by real people who care about our customers."
